WATER – A PRECIOUS RESOURCE
Water is a dominant feature of the Val di Sole: The River Noce is considered by the National Geographic Society to be one of the 10 best rivers in the world for rafting. It hosts national and international competitions for rafting, canoeing and kayak. Adrenalin provoking and exciting rafting is suitable for everyone. It should really be tried, in one of the many centres in the valley. The Val di Sole boasts about 100 mountain lakes: some are part of a group of lakes and some stand alone. Most of them can be found in the Ortles-Cevedale group, between the vallies of Pejo and Rabbi amongst fascinating and unique scenery.
