The Paradice Dome is located at Passo Paradiso. You can reach the Paradice Dome with the cable car Paradiso, departure from Passo Tonale. Before taking the cable car, go to the ticket office Paradiso within 30 minutes before the start of the event, show the QR-Code received by e-mail and collect the concert ticket: only this way you will get the real ticket to access the concert.
If you purchased also the return cable car ticket, keep your email and use the QR-Code directly at the lift access to take the cable car. It takes about 7 minutes to reach the Paradice Dome. You do not have to buy the cable car return ticket if you own a daily skipass, a currently valid 2 to 14 consecutive days skipass or a seasonal skipass.
From the arrival of the cable car to the Paradice Dome you have to walk about 250 m on the slope.
You can access the Paradice Dome starting from 15 minutes before the beginning of the concert.
The concert lasts 45 minutes. We recommend wearing warm mountain clothes suitable to the contest and the cold temperature, which is between 0 °C e -8 °C inside the Paradice Dome (Passo Paradiso, 2.600 m).
Children: free entrance up to 3 years old. From 4 years old onwards, the ticket costs euro 30,00 (€ 35,00 January 27th for Filippo Graziani and € 40,00 February 17th for Morgan). The return ticket of the cable car is for free for children up to 5 years old. From 6 years old onwards there is only one price for everybody, which is € 12,00.

Please note that the online sale of the shows will be closed two days before the event:
- Thursday concerts: sale closing on Tuesday at 12 pm
- Saturday concerts: sale closing on Thursday at 12 pm
The ticket is non-changeable, non-replaceable and non-refundable. Only in the event of cancellation of the event by the organizer it is possible to request a change of date or a refund.
