The brand-new and charming Chalet Restaurant and Gourmet Miramonti Pizzeria is modelled on mountain huts, reinterpreted with a refined and evocative style.
Our pizzas are available in both classic and gourmet versions, made with sourdough – as well as, of course, gluten-free pizzas and set menus.
We also offer an à la carte menu, with pairings from a wide selection of Trentino and Italian wines.
You are, of course, welcome to choose our tourist menu featuring the dishes of the day.
The chef has also selected for you the most interesting traditional Alpine dishes, ranging from venison with polenta to Spätzle.
