Winter Welfare Lombardia 2026 is an initiative promoted by the Lombardy Regional Department for Welfare in collaboration with the Regional Department for Education, Training and Employment, and represents a strategic action aimed at integrating sport, organizational well-being, training, and networking.

The event is addressed to all employees of public and private organizations within the Lombardy Regional Health and Social Care System, to the Strategic Management of the ASSTs, as well as to general practitioners and independent-choice pediatricians.

Participants will have the opportunity to compete in alpine skiing events, including giant slalom and cross-country races, as well as to take part in practical mountain rescue exercises and training sessions, including a meeting with Regional Councillor Guido Bertolaso.
