Vezza d’Oglio

Vezza d'Oglio is a gracious town in alta Valle Camonica. Just 9 km from Ponte di Legno and 9 km from Edolo. Nestling between the confluence of two lateral valleys that frame the town Val Paghera in the Adamello Regional Park and Val Grande in the Stelvio National Park, it has an enchanting panorama with breath-taking views.

At all times of the year it is possible to recharge your body and mind surrounded by unspoilt nature.

Vezza d’Oglio is a town that is full of history and local culture that can be seen in the characteristic elements around the roads in the centre of the town: the ancient Federici family Tower, the remains of palazzo gentilizio and the parish church.

In the winter a lot of attention is paid to excursions with snowshoes: the particular kind of footwear used to walk on the snow. The annual event for all enthusiasts is in February of each year with the "Caspolada al chiaro di luna".

In the summer in Vezza d'Oglio don’t miss the adventure park with walkways suspended in the trees as well as the paths to the mountains that can be tackled on foot and by mountain bike.
