Ponte di Legno c/o loc. Santa Apollonia Once again this year, one of the most beloved events in our resort area is confirmed: Mangia e Vai. Created in 2005 with the aim of showcasing the Upper Valle Camonica and its culinary traditions, it consists of a peaceful walk dotted with delicious stops where you can taste traditional local dishes. Highlights include "calsù" (large ravioli with a savory filling) and, of course, traditional chicken broth, as well as "spiedo" (spit-roasted meat) accompanied by steaming polenta, followed by locally produced cheeses that capture the essence of our alpine pastures' meadows and flowers. Between one course and the next, you walk. The route takes place inside the Stelvio National Park and offers a true dive into nature, in the presence of majestic peaks and rushing streams. This is the realm of eagles, marmots, deer, and roe deer, which you might spot if you bring binoculars. Musical entertainment and children's animation are scheduled throughout the day. What better opportunity to spend a cheerful day in good company?
