The lake can be reached on foot. You can leave your car in the parking area next to the Passo Tonale Military Memorial, located at Via Nazionale 11 on the Trentino side of Passo Tonale. From there, follow the dirt road toward Val Albiolo, which traces the route of the San Bartolomeo ski run during the winter season. After an easy walk of about 20 minutes, you'll arrive at Lake Valbiolo, one of the venues for the Water Music Festival concerts.
