A guided hike through the woods in search of herbs, berries, flowers, and edible plants. The guide will introduce participants to the rules of foraging, teaching how to correctly identify wild plants and their lookalikes, as well as providing tips and recipes to use in everyday life.

Meet in Vermiglio at a changing location depending on the blooms, to be communicated the day before the hike.

An easy hike that is also suitable for children, with no specific fitness required.

Please remember to bring snacks, water, and a packed lunch, as there are no mountain huts or rest stops along the route.

We recommend bringing proper trekking gear: a backpack, waterproof jacket, fleece, long pants, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, hiking poles, and hiking boots or similar sturdy footwear. 

The activity is guaranteed to take place even in the event of bad weather.
