The activity is suitable for adults and teens with basic MTB skills.

Full-face helmet and protective gear are mandatory inside the bike park.

We recommend bringing downhill gear: protective pads, rain jacket, pants, full-face helmet, goggles/sunglasses, sunscreen, and downhill shoes.

In case of bad weather, the activity is guaranteed.
